[Magento CE 1.4.2.0] Customize Navigation Category+New Pages

Magento Community Edition 1.4.2.0 with multi-store/multi-store view setup. We're looking for someone to do a customization to our current drop down navigation menu and in addition add specific page that lists the sub-categories for the specified parent categories. I have attached a mock up of what we're looking for. Please note it's not the exact look we're looking for just an outline of the project. Objective #1: Our current drop down will display the entire sub-category list (thousands) which is too much, we need to limit it listing only 15 in the drop down and on the very last row have a "View More" link which directs visitor to new page specified in next objective. *This needs to be duplicated for another set of sub-categories (2 total in the project, meaning 2 new pages as well). Objective #2: "View More" Page is a new page a user gets directed to that lists the sub-categories in alphabetical (a-z) by default. (It is just text list, thumbnail of category images no required). #Page needs to be able to sort the list in A-Z(Default), Z-A, and "Most Popular". "Most Popular" is determined by the # of products that is associated with the category. #Need ability to display count the # of lists to display, 50 > 100 > 150 > ALL etc. #Page should contain Alphabet filter links (A , B , C , etc. example in attachment). #Pagenation should be on top and bottom of the list. #Must follow display rules of magento store view (ie. Product attached to sub-category is hidden from store view, sub-category is not to be displayed in the list, etc.) Better understanding of looks can be seen in the attached file. ***Disclaimer: Bidder absolutely must be OK and Legal to work with adult content on our website/store.
