100 .edu and .gov backlinks

Bids without explanations will be ignored. *** We need 100 PR2-5 back-links created for an apparel website. Requirements: - NO ARTICLE SITES - NO DIRECTORY SITES - NO COMMENTS - NO LINK FARMS - All links must be "do follow." - All linking websites must be English ONLY in US or Canada. - All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .GOV, .EDU .CA - Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR3-5 page - Links must not be too spammy - One link per domain. - Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo. - Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) - Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] - No links from "under construction" pages. - No sites that will ask for money later. - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING - No blog comment spamming - No ping sites - No links within newsgroups - All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. - Links will be from relevant websites. - Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. - Links must be in text, no graphics. - Anchor text must be varied - Relevant websites or content to post backlink preferred - Backlink in relevant content preferred - No links from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest-books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, black hat sites, article directories, forums, spam sites, web rings, newsgroups, rented links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, etc. - References -- show the past link building work you've completed. - Web sites of varying levels of PR, with a minimum of PR3. We expect some to be PR5, 6, etc. - No use of blackhat software. - No links from URLs that contain ".../links/" - Each link must be on different C-class IP block - No more than 15 other external links on same page where the link occurs. - Linked pages must be visible, readable and indexable - No links from rel="nofollow", "noindex" tag or any page blocked by [login to view URL] - No sites banned by Google, Yahoo or Bing - Links must be built manually over 90 days. (No more than 10/day.) - I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - Links dropped within 6 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost. - Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished. - Link builder should be experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. If this project goes well, we may hire you for additional backlink projects. - Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link. A complete report is required by the end of the project in Excel.
