MODX Template from existing site

For this project we are converting an existing website to MODX on a new server. First thing we need is for the chosen provider to create the MODX Revolution template from the existing website. The turnaround for the template creation is with 36 hours. This template will be submitted to us, we will install on new server and then the chosen provider will complete the setup of the modules, plugins, snippets and chunks. (We will transfer the content ourselves.) We are looking for a responsible and responsive worker with good communication skills. We prefer and individual freelancer, but will consider a team. Need to be available to start right away! - All projects are confidential and we require full rights to the work produced. - Communication through online workspace. - Revisions (if required) to our specifications. - Payment upon completion of project and complete satisfaction approval. - No upfront payments.
