Twiitter Followers Needed

I'm looking to add 10,000 Facebook fans, 10,000 Twitter fans, Qualified bidders only! Please only bid if you can deliver with requirements below. Time Line • Must be completed in 3 weeks or less Project requirements: • All fans must be real people with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) • NO bots, • Fans can be from around the world • Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity • Fans must be active. • No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures. • No fans that will risk my page deleted. • You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project. • It must be 10,000+ Facebook fans and also 10,000+ Twitter fans Payment Terms 20% start milestone +25% when I get 2,500 fans in total (Facebook + twitter) +25% when I get 5,000 fans in total (Facebook + twitter) +30% when I get 10,000 fans in total (Facebook + twitter) Please be serious about this.
