Website redesign and content management

We need to redesign and redevelop the existing 2 websites for our non profit organization. We need to have an easy to use CMS backend, and for the freelancer to be able to provide fast results. There are currently 2 websites, in which we are looking to combine, yet still keep a seperate URL to drive traffic to a particular area of the site. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The "Main Site" should be the [login to view URL], and we will add in a section for [login to view URL] to be a part of the main site, so we keep one site with all content. We will need to drive the listings of the "community directory" all from one database that we can add to through the cms. In addition we will need the ability to add a company picture or logo next to their name. We need an online event calandar that we can manage through the cms as well. Most of the other pages will only have information (text, pictures), and a few sign up forms. Roughly about 35 pages total. Again, keep in mind that this is a single template, the only things we will need that are outside of basic information on certain pages is the CMS which will also include the calander, and the business listings. We want experienced designers only with feedback. Please give real "turnaround times", 1 day is not real. Thanks.
