Doba API Integration with Magento Or Zen Cart

I have a web store and a subscription to doba.com.. now what i have to to on a daily basis is download a product feed from doba.. manipulate it in such a way that my zen cart store can understand the feed and update the products. I am not so fond about zen cart any more because of some of the limitations.. For all the changes that need to be in place i have to manually do it.. while other open source carts have those as default. I would rather for this job to be done on Magento. Now what i would like to be able to do.. is from the back end of Magento or zen cart i would like to be able select the products that i would like to add to my shopping cart trough the API and automatically import them to my system.. After or while importing them into my system i would like to be able to manipulate the base price on a number of criterion. such as price between x&y prices add z percentage and so on.. I will be needing a cron job set up to start the script that do the pricing twice a day.. well i can do cron jobs just let me know what script to call. All the info that is presented in the data feed must be imported and in the system so that if i was to export a csv of my in stock products that it would be something similar.. You will be neeeeeeding to show me similar work.. The Doba API utilizes industry standard Web Services solutions, including SOAP and XML, in an effort to simplify the integration process and to ensure compatibility among software platforms. so if you cannot. do work like this please dont bother to bid..
