PR4-PR9 LIST 1k+ OF Forums Needed

HI all I don´t want confussions about what this project is made for I need a LIST, of about 1000 PR4-PR9 forums where I can create backlinks like angela style The profile MUST be viewable and clickable I MUST post anchor text, not only my URL No redirections No under PR4 forums I am building profile backlinks for years for my clients, I will check very closely the list, first I will check PR of all the forums I will manually create an account on each and every forum to make sure all the forums accomplish the rules. You will only be paid if I get the minimum 1000 ok forums to work with. If you can provide 25-50 .EDU/.GOV forums this will be a plus, I don´t mind the PR of the .EDU forums, but the must accomplish the rest of rules. You don´t have to do any work here if you have the list, just send it, so please don´t overprice yur bid. And please no time wasters Thanks
