Website like slevomat.cz (Groupon) - but less functions

Dear Freelancers, I require a website similar to [login to view URL] (Groupon) but with less functionality, therefore this should not be very complex. Design will be provided in PSD file. Here the functional requirements: * vouchers listings - no timer/ countdown required; all only based on availability - will have some amount (e.g. 50 vouchers, one all sold, voucher should disapear). After amount reaches 0 it will disappear from page - featured voucher function - multiple vouchers can/ will be online (specific amount on main page; rest can be find over category, city filter or search) * admin panel - admin can create new vouchers from backend - multiple pictures; admin can set main picture - description, price, amount of vouchers + location and category (e.g. Wellness, Restaurants, ....) can be added from admin - admin can choose which voucher will be on top of the offer - vouchers and buyers should be listed inside the administration and linked to each other * Newsletter - buyers will be automatically signed up for newsletter - guest can sign up for newsletter - newsletter function in admin panel * Membership - no registration / no membership - during checkout buyer only inserts Email + Name; no registration required * payment method: only bank transfer - after item in shopping cart, only bank transfer available --> bank details incl. all company info for payment will be sent by Mail with invoice - all payments will be monitored manually - once admin manually set payment status for client to PAID --> Voucher will be generated by system and Email with voucher will be sent to client * Filter for voucher listing - vouchers should be filtered by Category and/ or City ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE POSITIVE RATINGS + IF YOU CAN PROVIDE SIMILAR REFERENCES! Payment conditions: 1. Conversion of PSD to complete usable HTML/CSS version on Demo Server - 15% 2. Complete front end functionality - 30% 3. Complete admin panel - 30% 4. Final testing + bug fixing, handover of code - 25%
