I am working on a 8 page site from template I need a professional to help me with some extra modification and beautification of the template. I am trying to add all the text and layout elements (forms and maps) how I want and then the freelancer selected will get to cleanup and optimize the code and display of the 8 pages. the current template (with dummy text can be viewed here [url removed, login to view]) I want a warm look and feel using the same colors but with a streamlined interface like this one ([url removed, login to view])

The things I will be looking for are:

Background in compatible colors

Commented and optimized Code (for later changes and additions) - HTML/CSS

Dreamviewer editable regions are a plus (not required but will be a nice bonus)

Keywords for SEO

Weather widget like the one on the [url removed, login to view] example
