I need 10,000 + unique visitors per month from SEO

I am looking to hire someone to bring my website to the top three positions of Google for keywords that will generate 10,000 + unique, qualified, relevant visitors per month. You must provide specific samples of work you have done this for. I need to see at least 2 websites that are generating 10,000+ users per month from your SEO work. References would be nice to see if you can provide them. You will need to provide the keywords that are currently ranked and generating this traffic, so I can verify you can do this job. I will need to know what is the time it took for you to get these websites ranked for those keywords. Please provide an outline of your strategy to get this done.
