Magento API needed for Google Products submission

What I need or require: I need a very skilled magento expert to fix up my e-commerce website in terms of: *Install a Product data feed onto Magento so that it is compatible with Google Shopping - refer to [login to view URL] What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: * I already have a paypal API set up on the website and can accept payments Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: I hired a company from India to help me build the website but they have not delivered a very good final product, so I'm looking for another potential long term partner for this business. -Potential providers will be emailed my website. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: *Have developed lots of Magento websites from start to finish and MUST have sample websites they have worked on. *Must have experience in cases of magento checkout integration with 3rd party payments systems like paypal *Must have some photoshop experience in creating buttons and banners used in Magento ecommerce websites. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this completed within 2 weeks.
