Standup Paddleboard Company logo

Standup paddleboard company in need of logo design which may lead to future jobs (business card design, flyers, banners, car wraps, Wordpress site design, etc). We are looking to build a brand in the standup paddleboard (SUP) industry particularly in the Southeastern US. Our company will offer standup paddleboard rentals and sales as well as lessons. Our goal is to popularize the sport in the Southeast so we need a trendy and recognizable brand which begins with the logo. One company in the industry whose style we like is SUPATX.com. We do not wish to copy their logo or designs; however, we really like their text logo as well as their other design elements. Other logos and brand identities we like are: Quiksilver, Volcom, Hurley, and Oneill. We would like to have an iconic symbol or letter like each of these companies. We will be using the logo for the website (digital), business cards (printed materials), flyers, banners, car wraps, apparel, and more! We would like the ability to split the logo to use elements of the logo (iconic symbol/letter) separate from the entire logo. We would also like the logo to be majority black if not all black with the ability to change the color or fill. Bidder must be able to supply portfolio or mockups.
