15,000 REAL facebook Fans needed

We need 15,000 REAL facebook "Fans" for our site.

Project Req.:

• No Admin Access will be provided

• 3-4 weeks Deadline needs to be met (faster if possible)

• All Fans must be real people with active facebook accounts (no fake accounts, or accounts at risk of being suspended.) Age 18+

• No Bots, Blackhat techniques or tricks/games of any kind.

• 10.000 "Male" Fans must be from USA, Australia, Canada and Europe.

• 5.000 "Female" Fans must be from Philippines.

• Fans and Followers must be active.

• No spammers, inappropriate or illegal profile pictures.

• No fans that will put my page at risk of being deleted

• You must use good, honest practices when obtaining fans. (facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your actions and must be kept active).

• You must obtain 15,000+ Fans.

• Payment will be provided after completion of project to ensure fans are legit.
