Stock Trader email list needed, OTC/Micro Cap stocks

I am in need of a list of stock traders. List can be extracted from websites which I can provide if needed. You will need to take care of gathering this list and also performing the mailing for this list in which I will need to verify a confirmation report once they have been sent. I need QUALITY emails which you will be responsible for. It doesn't matter if the list is 10,000 or 10 million it must be effective and drive traffic and sign ups to my site. If Junk or non working emails are more then 5% of the list, 2nd part of the payment will NOT be given and our business will stop. Contact only if you have such a list or you can extract it.
