Link building to Facebook and Twitter accounts

We require a supplier who can execute a inbound link building campaign. Specifically to our Facebook and Twitter pages. We require 20 page rank one and 4 page rank two or better articles/linked pages which link to both our Twitter and Facebook pages. We will take your advice on what the text within the link should be/text around the link should be. We believe the link text should be a long the lines of "<Brand Name> on Twitter" and "<Brand Name> on Facebook". We seek a supplier who can advise us - we have many more sites and for the correct supplier this could be the first of many jobs. The attached spreadsheet shows how we would expected to be advised of the linking pages for ratification purposes. We expect interested parties to complete the attached spreadsheet and PM it back with the URLs of the pages which will link through to our Facebook and Twitter accounts, along with the page rank of those pages. We will then select the winner based on the most suitable links.
