Wordpress 3 page initial project

Hi; I need a 3 page Wordpress website -not blog (homepage, product page, template(blog) page for rest of site pages) There is an existing website owned by someone else that I want to use as a "model" for the new site. (please note I do not wish to copy, plagiarize or mirror in any way). The existing site is the look and feel I would like for the new site but everything needs to be changed to the extent that I will not be copying the site but the new site needs to still capture the complete look and feel-just a one-off.. I will send more details (the existing site, what I have for content for the new site, site concept, logo design needed, needed monitizing methods etc..). Please know that I wish to stay within "right and wrong" regarding the site and I need the winning bidder I choose to use their expertise and creative skills to keep the general aesthetics but just far enough to be "different" and not a rip off. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. There will be a few projects added to this new site as we move along building this site and driving traffic so the initial 3 page build is not all. If the winning bidder builds out the three pages, they will have the option for other site "enhancements" in the form of new projects to be determined. I will take the lowest and most qualified bidder as there are limited funds available. Thanks for your time...
