I backed up my entire site and database a few days ago before attempting an upgrade to my shopping cart. The upgrade was unsuccessful and has now left me with a broken site. I am missing all products (although the categories and subcategories are there), lost all order information, and lost a great deal of customer information. I have uploaded the backup files a number of times now and these things won't recover. The backups are only giving me a partial recovery of the site.
