Product Information Viewer Software

I am working on a project with a customer where i need to provide a software that can be downloaded by resellers and distributors from a website and installed on individual desktop/laptops and where the product information can be updated over the internet. Basically it should work almost exactly the same as the HP Product Bulletin at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This should include both the software, and a means to update it/manage updates through the internet.
