WordPress Theme Functionality

I need a talented programmer who knows WordPress inside out. I want to: - add search drop downs for categories (to be on all pages and sorting according to keywords - customize layout for category pages (to be like a directory) - add payment and expiration date for posts - add post submission for registered & paying users - all will be based on WP dir man plugin functionality and CSS but built into existing theme - need sorting of posts to be based on sticky paid, normal paid, not paid (and to be colour coded) - need left sidebar on landing pages to have related posts & pages to specific landing pages any questions let me know. happy to discuss.
