WANTED: BADASS CSS Designer / PHP Programmer

I currently have a PHP/MySQL website which mobile phone industry users place orders and view their order archive on an Ajax driven page. The site is tired (at least to me) and needs a fresh look for 2011. We've already started the facelift, but it just seems boring to me. The site is roughly 20 pages. I like clean, moden, minimal, original web 2.0ish looks. Qualifications: #1- you ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY MUST HAVE FEEDBACK #2- you must speak English, well #3- you must be available via instant messenger #4- you must have a well developed portfolio which must consist of your OWN original work- NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S TEMPLATES! If you have none of the above, please don't waste my time.
