Swiggy IPO: Food delivery company gets shareholder approval for $1.2 bn
Swiggy IPO: Bengaluru-based Swiggy's initial public offering (IPO) has been approved by its shareholders, reported Economic Times (ET), citing regulatory filings.The food and grocery delivery business intends to raise up to ₹3,750 crore ($450 million) in fresh capital, as well as an offer-for-sale (OFS) component worth up to ₹6,664 crore ($800 million), said ET in its report.

Saudi Hospital Group Fakeeh Care to List in Riyadh IPO
Saudi hospital group Dr. Soliman Abdul Kader Fakeeh Hospital and its shareholders plan to sell a 21.5% stake in its Riyadh initial public offering, as listings in the kingdom pick up after a short hiatus. The company will sell 30 million new shares while the founding family will offer 19.8 million shares in the IPO, according to a statement on Wednesday.

SME IPO index hits lifetime high; up 26% so far in April
Undeterred by regulatory concerns around valuations and manipulation in some counters, the SME-IPO index hit a fresh lifetime high of 66,396.09 points on Wednesday. The index has risen nearly 26% so far in April – its best month since December 2021 when the index zoomed by 60%. The renewed interest in SMEs came in April after it went through a lean period in March.

JNK India IPO last day
JNK India IPO, an issue of Rs 650 crore, will close on April 25. As of April 24, the company’s issue has been subscribed 1.05 times its offering. JNK India opened its IPO for bidding on April 23, with a price band of Rs 395 to Rs 415 per equity share.  It offers 7.6 million fresh shares of the company, while it has an offer for sale of 8.4 million shares.
