A living will can be used to refuse, in advance, any kinds of treatment, when you will not be in a position to refuse or consent to the treatment at the time the treatment is considered to be required.

We can assist you to make any kind of living will. However we have been requested to produce a wording for a living will for a person who wishes to refuse psychiatric treatment which is physically invasive, such as psychiatric drugs, electric shock treatment or psychosurgery.
