SHOCKING HORROR VIDEO: L.A. City Council Discusses Loss of Services (And Loss of City's Ability To Even FUNCTION) NOT KIDDING...HERE IS THE PROOF!

HEY VILLARAIGOSA?: You willing to own up to that Los Angeles magazine "FAILURE" cover photo now, brutha? May as well make it unanimous and join the other 4,000,000 in the city.
These videos and transcript is the final nail in YOUR political coffin. You've "Faliuretized" the entire, you dumb chump!

This truly is a DEMING 14 POINT NIGHTMARE! Not that the city blew all the money and is facing bankruptcy and loss of services...but that the city is losing the most experienced and knowledgeable (most valuable) city employees to ERIP (Early Retirement Incentive Program). PEOPLE, I know I am always saying, "I told you so," but you gotta admit after watching these videos posted by Ron Kaye at RonKayeLA.com, is there ANYTHING I have not already posted on this blog and said on TV. I'm glad I was vindicated and now maybe people will pay attention! THIS IS ISSUE #1. WHAT ELSE IS THERE? I should sue for plagiarism of my material!

Here's a transcript excerpt. In the video, this guy is grinning so inappropriately for delivering such municipally devastating news. It's all a nervous reaction, cause he KNOWS how bad it is...and can barely even say it on TV before council. I've experienced this kind of nervousness. It looks like you are being arrogant, but you can just barely even muster the ability to say it all...and you just KNOW how bad it all is...and how SHADY it all was. (Yes, we now have to refer to the shadiness in past tense, cause IT'S OVER, people. The vampires have sucked the victim dry and left for dead.)

"We will see service impacts. There IS not other option. There IS no other option. And this 2,400 is just the beginning of what we face next year. So the problems we face today will be compounded again. We don't have the money for the 90 day appointments. The reality is we have to restructure. And the layers of the organization will be diminished through ERIP (Early Retirement). Can we operate the city without in all of these tiers? (Losing most experienced workers): Library service hours will be put at risk. The number of auto mechanics and the people in the fleet operations who sustain the vehicles that allow the fire department to respond, the police to respond and sanitation to operate and respond...we're losing a lot of those. And replacing that ability to get cars and trash trucks (and others) maintained is going to be a significant challenge. The accounting series we're losing significant accountants and it WILL BE a challenge to maintain our fiscal responsibility, across the board. And also in HR. In the library department in their HR operation has filed for ERIP. Does this mean the HR and the library will stop? No, we will have to find an alternate way of delivering that product. Will it be easy? NO! This is going to be TERRIBLE, frankly. It is going to be very, very hard. And with that said, this is just the beginning. Next year is WORSE!"
