Reservations are now being accepted for the new Empire RV Park at the New York State Fairgrounds for the 2016 State Fair.
Reservations for a 16-day stay can be made online and are for those planning to stay for the entirety of the Fair— all 12 days— from Aug. 25 to Sep. 5.
The Empire RV Park features 315 permanent spaces, an increase over the 222 spaces reserved for 12-day camping in prior years.
Each campsite has full access to water, sewer, and electrical hookups as well as use of bathroom and shower facilities and regular garbage pickup. Several campsites are available for those requiring accessibility accommodations.
For the first time, RV reservations include two 12-day Fair admissions.
RVs can arrive beginning Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. and must leave by Sept. 6 at 4:30 p.m.
