Help DYG Fight Big Business Bullies

Not too long ago, we filed for trademark protection of our DYG logo. 3 days before the Trademark office published it, the Swiss company, Omega watches, filed an opposition to our logo, stating that it was too similar to theirs, and that people would confuse us with them. Now, they are dragging things out basically to outspend us. The Trademark office won't help, and, in the end, we may have to submit without the finanical backing. All small businesses need to be aware of these types of tactics.

Our attorney has been wonderful in helping us fight this battle, unfortunately they are also expensive.  The longer Omega drags this out, the more money we have to spend.  We are confident that we can win this battle, but as a small business we cannot afford to be stuck in a legal battle for years to come.  

We are hoping to raise enough money to be able to keep paying our attorney so that we can take this to court where we are confident that we can win.  So please, help us fight big business bullies by donating.
